YES we all know and love John Richard Deacon’s absolutely STELLAR solo BUT the rest of the song gets overlooked!! For example, the whole rest of the bass part??? Incredible, revolutionary, unparalleled. During the chorus??? The bass is extraordinary
The song is funky as fuck yet still heavy on the guitar because it’s Brian May, baby! Our heavy metal boy who, with guidance from the others, gave over to the funk a little bit!! But not to fear! He still has a rocking solo too!!!
Have you heard the outro? It’s the best thing Queen has ever done, fun fact! It gives the listener a feeling of joy throughout their whole body. Low down? She don’t take no prisoner!!! She means business! And once again the bass??? Such a joy!!! We thank you lord Deaky!
